Things are getting hectic! Yet, I’m starting to get back into my groove as the second month of school is upon us. I feel I have a strong understanding of the expectations of my professors, and finally my schedule is set. Sadly, I don’t have much free time and I must be very organized to have a successful year. I am currently a Resident Advisor on campus, a Student Ambassador, a Teacher’s Assistant, and I have 17 units to keep track of. So yeah, I’m slightly busy :-P What keeps me going is the support I receive from my friends and family and the rewarding feeling when summer arrives. My hopes are to make a difference on the Dominican Campus. “One day at a time, one task at a time:” this is how I have to live my life, otherwise I may go crazy.
